RedditMaster Terms of Use

Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RedditMaster SaaS application and related services (the “Service”) operated by RedditMaster (“we,” “us,” “our”). Your use of the Service also constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You sign in via Reddit OAuth and agree to keep your information accurate. You are responsible for all actions taken using your account and devices.

Reddit OAuth & Your Responsibility

RedditMaster uses Reddit’s API and respects Reddit’s terms and each subreddit’s rules. You are solely responsible for how you use your Reddit account, including any posting you approve. We never store your Reddit password, and you may revoke access anytime in Reddit’s Authorized Apps.

Service Scope & Features

RedditMaster offers assistive tools (e.g., Karma Mode to discover helpful threads and draft replies; Campaign Mode to surface buyer-intent posts and suggested responses; drafting for original posts; scheduling/pacing; rule checks). Certain one-click actions may publish via your authorized Reddit account. You remain in control and responsible for compliance.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law, Reddit’s User Agreement, or subreddit rules.
• Spam, mass-DM, scrape in prohibited ways, manipulate votes/karma, evade bans, or operate bot farms.
• Post infringing, deceptive, or unlawful content.
• Interfere with Service security, rate limits, or availability.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected violations.

Subscriptions, Billing & Free Trials

Some features require a paid subscription, billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled. You authorize us and our processor to charge the payment method you provide. Free trials (if offered) will convert to paid unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Fee Changes

We may change prices with prior notice effective on your next billing cycle.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancel anytime from your billing page; access continues until the end of the current term. Refunds:

• First payment: request within 30 days of initial purchase.
• Renewals: request within 7 days of the renewal charge.

We may refuse or cancel transactions suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

User Content & License

You retain ownership of drafts, posts, and other content you create (“User Content”). To operate the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display User Content solely to provide the Service. You represent you have the rights to the content you submit.

We may remove content we reasonably believe violates these Terms or the law.

Intellectual Property

The Service (software, design, trademarks, documentation) is owned by RedditMaster or its licensors and is protected by IP laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

Third-Party Services & Links

We rely on third-party providers (e.g., hosting, payments, support) subject to appropriate agreements. The Service may link to third-party sites we do not control; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data are described in the RedditMaster Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedditMaster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to RedditMaster in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge that actions taken with your Reddit account (including suspensions or bans) are your responsibility.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RedditMaster and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) User Content; or (c) your breach of these Terms or of Reddit’s/subreddit rules.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for suspected violations, security risks, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by nature should survive (e.g., 7–13, 15–17) will survive.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., in-app or email). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in King County, Washington shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue.
