RedditMaster Terms of Use
Effective Date:
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RedditMaster website, web application, and related software, tools, features, content, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by RedditMaster ("RedditMaster," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms;
- your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation; and
- your use of the Service does not violate Reddit's terms, policies, rules, API requirements, or applicable subreddit rules.
3. Accounts and Authentication
To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to sign in using Reddit OAuth and/or create an account with us.
You agree to:
- provide accurate, current, and complete information;
- keep your account information updated;
- maintain the confidentiality and security of your credentials, devices, and connected account access;
- notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account and through your connected Reddit account, to the extent permitted by law.
3.5. Reddit Account Risk; You Bear the Risk
You acknowledge and accept that any activity on Reddit β including activity that is drafted, scheduled, suggested, paced, or assisted by the Service β carries an inherent risk that Reddit, a subreddit, or a moderator may, at their sole discretion, remove your content, restrict its visibility, rate-limit your account, shadowban, suspend, or permanently ban your account.
Reddit's enforcement decisions are made by Reddit and its moderators and are not within our control. You alone choose what content to publish, when to publish it, where to publish it, and whether to act on any suggestion or output generated or facilitated by the Service.
YOU ACCEPT THE FULL RISK OF ANY ACTION TAKEN BY REDDIT OR A SUBREDDIT WITH RESPECT TO YOUR REDDIT ACCOUNT, INCLUDING PERMANENT BAN, AND YOU AGREE THAT REDDITMASTER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF YOUR ACCOUNT, KARMA, FOLLOWERS, POST HISTORY, REACH, RANKING, OR ANY ECONOMIC, REPUTATIONAL, OR RELATIONAL CONSEQUENCE OF ANY SUCH ACTION.
4. Relationship to Reddit
RedditMaster is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Inc.
The Service uses Reddit's API and related developer services. Your use of RedditMaster in connection with Reddit remains subject to Reddit's User Agreement, developer terms, API requirements, content policies, rate limits, enforcement actions, and each subreddit's rules.
We do not control and are not responsible for actions taken by Reddit or subreddit moderators, including content removal, rate limiting, reduced visibility, account restrictions, suspensions, bans, or subreddit-specific enforcement.
We do not store your Reddit password. You may revoke RedditMaster's access at any time through Reddit's Authorized Apps or equivalent account settings.
5. Service Scope and Features
RedditMaster provides assistive tools and workflows that may include, without limitation:
- Karma Mode, to help identify potentially relevant or helpful threads and prepare draft replies;
- Campaign Mode, to help surface discussions that may indicate intent, interest, or relevance to your business or topic;
- drafting tools for replies and original posts;
- scheduling and pacing tools;
- subreddit rule awareness or compliance assistance features;
- analytics, workflow tools, and related support features.
Certain features may allow one-click or user-approved publishing through your authorized Reddit account.
You remain responsible for reviewing, approving, editing, and deciding whether to use any content, suggestions, or actions generated or facilitated by the Service.
The Service provides tools, suggestions, and convenience features to assist you with Reddit activity. The Service does not act as your legal agent, fiduciary, or representative on Reddit. Every action published through your Reddit account is your action and your responsibility, regardless of whether it was drafted, scheduled, paced, or one-click-published through the Service, and regardless of any marketing description of the Service as an "agent," "AI agent," "autonomous," or similar.
We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
You may not use the Service to:
- violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
- violate Reddit's User Agreement, API terms, content policies, developer rules, technical limits, or subreddit rules;
- spam, mass-message, harass, manipulate votes or karma, evade bans, operate coordinated fake accounts, or engage in deceptive or abusive behavior;
- scrape, collect, or use data in a way prohibited by Reddit or applicable law;
- post, submit, or automate unlawful, infringing, defamatory, misleading, deceptive, or harmful content;
- impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
- interfere with Service security, availability, performance, or rate limits;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- use the Service in a way that could reasonably expose RedditMaster, its users, or third parties to legal, reputational, platform, or operational risk;
- use the Service in a way that violates the rules of any specific subreddit you participate in, including self-promotion limits, posting frequency caps, account-age requirements, karma minimums, or flair, format, and link rules;
- use the Service in any way that would cause Reddit to classify your account as a "bot," "spam," or "automated" account, or that would violate Reddit's automated-behavior, vote-manipulation, or ban-evasion rules.
If you are uncertain whether a planned action complies with Reddit's rules or a specific subreddit's rules, you should not take the action.
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend, restrict, or terminate access at our discretion.
6.5. Your Representations About Reddit Use
When you authorize the Service to draft, schedule, suggest, pace, or one-click-publish activity through your Reddit account, you represent and warrant that:
- you have read and understood Reddit's User Agreement, Content Policy, and the rules of each subreddit you have selected for activity through the Service;
- your use of the Service will not violate any of the above;
- you have independently evaluated and accepted the risk that any automated, scheduled, paced, or AI-assisted activity may be flagged, restricted, or punished by Reddit, notwithstanding our pacing, throttling, quiet-hours, rule-awareness, risk-signal, or any other convenience features;
- you will not rely on the Service as the sole or primary defense against Reddit enforcement;
- you will independently review every draft, suggestion, or generated output before approving it for publication, even where the Service offers one-click or automated publishing.
A breach of any representation or warranty in this Section is a material breach of these Terms and a basis for suspension, termination, denial of refunds, and the exclusions and limitations of liability set out below.
6.6. Cooperation If Reddit Acts on Your Account
If your Reddit account is restricted, rate-limited, shadowbanned, suspended, or banned, you agree to provide us on request with reasonable cooperation, including:
- the date and time of the action;
- Reddit's stated reason for the action, if any (including modmail, removal reasons, or notices from Reddit Admin);
- relevant screenshots, messages, or other documentation;
- a description of the activity you performed through the Service, and through any other tool or browser, in the prior 30 days.
We may use this information to investigate the issue, respond to inquiries or claims, improve the Service, and defend against claims relating to your Reddit account.
7. AI-Assisted and Suggested Content
Certain Service features may generate, rank, summarize, or suggest content using automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, heuristics, or other assistive systems.
You understand and agree that:
- suggested or generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or inappropriate;
- subreddit rule checks or compliance cues may be incomplete and are not legal or platform-compliance advice;
- you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and deciding whether to post, save, schedule, or use any output;
- RedditMaster does not guarantee that any suggested content or activity will comply with Reddit's rules or any subreddit's rules, or that it will achieve any specific outcome.
8. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and other disclosed charges on a recurring basis unless and until the subscription is canceled.
Unless otherwise stated:
- subscriptions are billed in advance;
- subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle; and
- renewal continues until canceled.
You are responsible for maintaining valid and current payment information.
If payment cannot be completed, we may suspend or terminate access to paid features.
9. Fee Changes
We may change prices, fees, or billing structures at any time.
If we change recurring subscription pricing, we will provide advance notice before the change takes effect for your next billing cycle, to the extent required by law. Your continued use of the paid Service after the new pricing becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated price.
If you do not agree to a pricing change, you must cancel before the new price takes effect.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing page or by contacting support@redditmaster.com.
Unless otherwise stated:
- cancellation will stop future renewals;
- cancellation does not retroactively cancel charges already incurred;
- access to paid features may continue until the end of the current paid billing term, unless your account is suspended or terminated under these Terms.
Refund requests may be submitted:
- within 30 days of an initial purchase; and
- within 7 days of a renewal charge.
Refund requests should be sent to support@redditmaster.com.
Except where required by applicable law or otherwise stated in a specific offer, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged. We may deny refund requests that we reasonably believe are abusive, fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.
We may also refuse, reverse, or cancel transactions suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, abuse, or payment risk.
11. User Content and License
You retain ownership of drafts, posts, templates, notes, prompts, and other content you create, upload, save, schedule, or transmit through the Service ("User Content").
You grant RedditMaster a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and use User Content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, support, secure, and improve the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- you own or have the necessary rights to submit and use the User Content;
- your User Content does not violate any law, contract, or third-party right; and
- your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable Reddit and subreddit rules.
We may remove, disable, or restrict access to User Content if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or creates risk for the Service or others.
12. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, interfaces, branding, trademarks, documentation, workflows, and other content provided by RedditMaster, is owned by or licensed to RedditMaster and is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.
Except for the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms, no right, title, or interest in or to the Service is transferred to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service except as expressly permitted by us in writing or as allowed by applicable law.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party providers, such as hosting, payment processing, support tools, monitoring tools, email services, analytics providers, APIs, and other infrastructure.
We are not responsible for third-party products, services, availability, policies, or content. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
The Service may also contain links to third-party websites or content that we do not control.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by the RedditMaster Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, retain, and disclose personal information.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe:
- you violated these Terms;
- you violated Reddit's rules, policies, API requirements, or subreddit rules;
- your use creates legal, reputational, operational, security, or payment risk;
- your account is involved in spam, abuse, fraud, or misuse;
- your payment cannot be processed or remains overdue.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Upon termination:
- your right to use the Service ends immediately;
- we may disable or delete your access to the Service;
- we may retain certain information as required or permitted by applicable law, our Privacy Policy, or legitimate business needs.
Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, venue, and dispute-related matters.
16. Disclaimers

16.5. No Reliance on Marketing Statements

These statements are not binding warranties or contractual commitments of RedditMaster.
You agree that you have not entered into these Terms, purchased a subscription, or downloaded the desktop Agent in reliance on any statement, representation, or promise that is not expressly written in these Terms or in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of RedditMaster.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDDITMASTER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

20. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@redditmaster.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
20.5. Individual Claims Only; Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RedditMaster regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
